Most suitable for bleaching,dyeing,rinsing and aftertreatment such as colloid true silk,single yarn,rayon,silk spun,true silk and mercerizing cotton thread.
Special designed mixed-flow pump with low energy consumption but high performance offering great flow and high efficiency for even dyeing without spots.
New type overflow spray tube which concentrating dye liquid at the top,thus the yarn will fully absorb dyestuff to attain 100% even dyeing.
Friction between the yarn after floating and the tubes is quite little for avoding any damage to the surface of yarn.
New type jet pipe,dye pipe and the yarn overturning device is integrated into an organic whole,thus prevent the dyed yarn from tangle or knot.The yarn after dyeing can be easily rewind for low loss.
Special designed water adjustor which can be adjustable freely according to yarn dyeing capacity,quantity and type.
Low liquid ratio as 1:8~12 for water,steam and auxiliaries saving.
