HR-High Temperature High Pressure Jet Dyeing Machine
Suitable for dyeing and front-to-rear treatment of woven,knit fabrics of various chemical fibers,union fabrics of chemical and natural fibers,with weight of 50-600g/m2,under high temperature and high pressure.It also applies to dye and treat of fabrics of natural fibers under normal temperature and pressure or slight pressure.It brings out the best shrinking result for high-grade fabrics.

1.Advantages

a.Allocating with guide roller of driving motor which auxiliary fabric circulation and decrease tension of the fabric.
b.No tangling to the guide roller for light cloth.
(3)Superior dyeing result
a.Spraying dye liquor and smooth running of cloth under treatment can eliminate defects such as stains,scrubbing to realize even dyeing effect.
(4)Low liquor ratio
a.Liquor ratio as 1:7-12 which can be selected according to actual conditions.Economizing chemicals and power(steam,water and electricity).
2.High slack efficiency
a.Spraying of dye liquid makes fabric to be slack and kneaded.Even khaki,hard twist fabrics and new synthesis fabrics can also be treated smoothly.
