Working principle: The heat exchanger heating, so that the body of the dye liquid and material temperature rise, by the motor rotation, through the worm gear deceleration drive to achieve the best dyeing speed, driving the drum for periodic reverse rotation, so that the material to be dyed in the drum constantly turn over and produce friction with the water flow, so that the material dyeing more uniform, more solid, to achieve the best dyeing effect.
