AS-1 Rotatory atmospheric sample dyeing machine
1.Host machine made of high quality of stainless steel of reasonable design.
2.Evenly distribution of electric heating tubes,also there's even temperature rising inside dye tank.
3.Sample dye pot rotate following the rotary frame of host machine,dyeing liquid inside the pot moves reciprocately with sample cloth,hence reducing mottling and speckles on the sample cloth.
4.Equipped with dyeing computer which can be programmable for 10 types of temperature lifting procedure to effect controll the whole dyeing process.Improving the reliability and repeatability of sample dyeing.
5.Equipped with standing auxiliary rotary rocking support on which dye liquid and sample cloth can be shaked evenly,then making it into temperature rising procedure which is beneficial for sample dyeing of temperature-sensitive dyestuff.
6.Equipped with stainless steel filter net inside cabinet to prevent any impurity deposit for easy cleaning.Rotary support designed for different size of sample pot with high sample dyeing efficiency and low liquid ratio.
7.Equipped with imported reducer driving system,running stably and performance reliably.
